1/2 oz Green Chartreuse in collins glass

Add 1 oz soda water and ice and place collins glass in freezer

Add 1 3/4 oz Gin , 1 oz Lemon Juice, 3/4 oz Simple Syrup to Shaker

Add 5 drops orange blossom water and 1 egg white

Shake with ice vigorously to obtain frothiness

Remove collins glass from freezer and strain the mix over over chilled Chartreuse mix
